Data Test7 is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for any newly qualified accountant looking for the next step in their finance career, with excellent development opportunities working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts and supporting documents in a timely manner
  • Month End responsibilities include: Producing the monthly P&L and forecast with comprehensive analysis and explanation of variances to
  • Assist key senior stakeholders with preparation of forecasts, budgets and KPI analysis
  • Business partnering with key non-financial stakeholders across the business
  • Review internal processes for potential areas of improvement
  • Assist in preparation of information for the annual external audit and assist in preparation of the statutory accounts
  • Pulling together Management Accounts with client and project analysis
  • Supervise and mentor junior reports
  • Carry out other ad hoc duties as required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Newly qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA
  • Experience preparing and producing management accounts
  • Transferable industry experience is essential ideally from a similar background
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and driven individual who is eager to learn and develop their skill set
  • Excellent communication skills, working with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
