About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Trainer to join our team, responsible for delivering training programs to internal teams.
The ideal candidate will have a background in classroom training of internal social care modules and experience providing training on various topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training programs to internal teams
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of new training initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in classroom training or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £41,500 per annum, plus a £4,200 car allowance and mileage.
