Care Manager

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Service Manager to lead our residential service in Folkestone. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals.
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Work closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to achieve positive outcomes for the individuals we support.
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
