Job Title: Insight and Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Insight and Reporting Manager to join our team at Capital Insight Management Llc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for maintaining a large database and dataset, and for gathering, storing, and manipulating information into a usable format for a variety of outputs.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of improving team processes, making existing processes more efficient and less process-heavy. You will work closely with our team of 9 to enable insight analysts to complete tasks asked by stakeholders, both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a large database and dataset, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  2. Develop and implement data gathering, storage, and manipulation techniques to meet business needs.
  3. Work with the team to improve processes, reducing inefficiencies and increasing productivity.
  4. Collaborate with insight analysts to ensure timely completion of tasks and delivery of high-quality results.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.

Requirements:

  1. Strong database skills, with experience in maintaining large datasets.
  2. Proven use of relevant tools, including ETL, MariaDB, and MySQL.
  3. Excellent verbal, written, and numerical skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  4. Strong diplomatic and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
