Civil Drainage Engineer - Energi People

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Drainage Engineer to join our team at Energi People. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil drainage engineering, with experience in managing projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead drainage design projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of drainage systems, including stormwater management and flood risk assessments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated solutions that meet project goals.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, designs, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in civil drainage engineering or a related discipline.
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in drainage design software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate within a team environment.
