About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Lidl in Deutschland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing a district of stores, ensuring a positive and motivated work environment, and driving business growth through effective management and coaching of Store Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a district of stores, including line manager responsibility for all Store Managers
- Develop and implement annual business plans for your district, including KPIs and store staffing structure
- Analyse and optimise stock movements, and complete regular cash management checks
- Support the implementation of company strategy in your district, and oversee store refurbishments, new openings, and re-openings
- Complete district tours with the Sales Executive, and prepare for and participate in Area Manager meetings
Requirements
- Minimum of a 2.1 degree in any discipline, or a minimum of three years management experience
- Excellent communication, planning, organisation, and analytical skills
- A full clean driving licence, and previous experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to motivate and lead a team, and a strong interest in developing a career in retail
