Job Opportunity: Corporate Finance Paralegal

EJ Legal is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Paralegal to join our team in London. As a Corporate Finance Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our lawyers with transactional projects, managing electronic data, and providing exceptional client service.

About the Role:

  • Provide transactional support on corporate projects, including managing electronic data and assisting with due diligence.
  • Assist with the review and analysis of documents, and draft due diligence reports and contract summaries.
  • Act as the interface between internal stakeholders, fee earners, and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare securities filings for submission to regulatory authorities and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate and maintain fund status charts, listing investor information, and manage data rooms.
  • Assist Corporate Finance lawyers with the verification process and prepare documents for review.
  • Perform company searches and conduct legal research to support transactional projects.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, including a Law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 6 months' prior experience in Corporate, Finance, or transactional roles.
  • Excellent drafting and reviewing skills, with the ability to pick up tasks and work autonomously.
