Mechanical Architect Lead

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Architect to lead the management of missile and subsystem requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading overall product structure, mechanical interfaces, and architecture, as well as managing relationships with relevant partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of missile-level technology maturity and design complexity assessments
- Ensure embodiment of generic policies, such as modularity, re-use, and design for assembly
- Manage technical aspects of supplier relationships, driving dedication to on-time and on-cost delivery
- Accountable for assigned budgets and leadership of engineering teams
- Collaborate with Product Design to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Educated to degree level with significant industrial experience
- Proven track record of fostering and leading collaborative teams
- Ability to influence senior partners and lead in an international environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proficient understanding of broader engineering fields
