Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal EC&I Engineer to lead our Control System Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and delivering engineering design work packages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of discipline engineers in the definition, implementation, and delivery of engineering design work packages.
  • Ensure that all team members are aware of and understand relevant legislation and project-specific policies, procedures, and design issues.
  • Collaborate with other design organizations, installation teams, plant teams, commissioning teams, and product vendors to ensure industry best practice is obtained and shared.
  • Assign packages of work to SQEP competent resources and ensure that design work packages are prepared, checked, and approved.
  • Carry out effective and proportionate risk management and assurance activities, including calling functional engineering or design capability reviews.
Requirements
  • Chartered CE&I Engineer
  • Strong leadership behaviors to drive timely delivery of CE&I Engineering work scope to cost, quality, and schedule.
  • Ability to be SQEP'd as a checker
  • Experience designing, specifying, and implementing electrical supply distribution systems, UPS systems, motor drives, mechanical handling systems, process instrumentation, and cyber security.
