{"h1": "Consultant Geriatrician Opportunity", "p": "Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Consultant Geriatrician to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to older patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with other Geriatricians to provide a comprehensive service
* Provide in-reach into the Emergency Department to assess frail older patients and provide senior decision-making support
* Cover the out-of-hours DME on-call rota

Requirements:

* Full registration with the General Medical Council
* Member of the Royal College of Physicians or equivalent
* Entry on the General Medical Council Specialist Register
* An appropriate higher degree, eg an MD, PhD or equivalent
