About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Clinical Support Assistant to join our team at Bupa. This is a permanent full or part-time position, working 12 hour shifts on days or nights, including alternative weekends. As a Clinical Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical, social, and emotional support to residents, recognizing and meeting their individual needs.
- Assist residents with a wide range of activities, from companionship to personal care.
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to monitor resident health and report any changes.
- Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £11.00 per hour, paid breaks, and a £550 welcome bonus.
