Job Summary:

Ethero, a leading automotive component manufacturer, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team. As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in driving internal and external quality issues, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with internal and external quality issues, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to quality protocols.
  • Monitoring and implementing quality alerts, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Conducting quality audits on products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Supporting production 1st off procedures, ensuring seamless integration with quality control processes.
  • Collaborating with the Senior Quality Engineer to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Educated to a minimum of ONC in quality control techniques, with a strong understanding of quality principles and practices.
  • Experience in first-tier automotive, with a working knowledge of FMEA's and control plans.
  • Understanding of IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality standards, with experience in process and product audits.
  • Metrology experience, with a strong understanding of measurement and inspection techniques.
