About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live their best life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to meet the unique needs and goals of our customers.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal care and health needs, with kindness and compassion.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless support and care for our customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and support provided.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on a rota basis, covering a 24/7 shift pattern, including waking nights and sleep ins.
  • Understanding and ability to respond to people's unique needs and desires.
  • Experience of providing support to vulnerable individuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

DBS Check and Driving Requirements:

This role will require an enhanced DBS check and a Full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
