Job Title

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support student progress in a secondary school setting at Vida Education.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on students' academic journey and have excellent communication skills. The role involves providing 1:1 support to students on a full-time basis, working closely with teachers to enhance their educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and provide individualized attention to students as needed.
  • Contribute to lesson planning, preparation, and implementation, ensuring a smooth learning environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff, promoting a supportive community.
Requirements:
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • A qualification or relevant work experience in teaching assistance.
  • An Enhanced DBS registration or willingness to apply for one (cost applied).
