Secondary Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support student progress in a secondary school setting at Vida Education.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on students' academic journey and have excellent communication skills. The role involves providing 1:1 support to students on a full-time basis, working closely with teachers to enhance their educational experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver high-quality education and provide individualized attention to students as needed.
- Contribute to lesson planning, preparation, and implementation, ensuring a smooth learning environment.
- Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff, promoting a supportive community.
- Right to Work in the UK.
- A qualification or relevant work experience in teaching assistance.
- An Enhanced DBS registration or willingness to apply for one (cost applied).
- A competitive salary, ranging from £20,000 to £30,000 per annum, based on experience.
