About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Community Support Services Specialist to join our team at Sussex Police. As a dedicated professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable members of our community, facilitating remote live links and VEJ rooms to enable victims and witnesses to give evidence safely and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinating logistics and communicating with stakeholders to ensure a smooth justice process
  • Facilitating remote live links and VEJ rooms to enable victims and witnesses to give evidence remotely
  • Working closely with Victim Support volunteers to provide emotional support to victims and witnesses
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,500 - £29,500, depending on your experience and qualifications.
