Transformation Expert

About the Role
As a Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for driving meaningful change within an organization. You will work closely with industrial teams, sharing your expertise and leading by example to embed a Lean continuous improvement mindset into every corner of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Lean manufacturing and strong knowledge of Lean tools and practices. They will also possess exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as expertise in Flow improvement techniques and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

In this role, you will be the go-to expert for Lean transformation, working closely with our industrial teams to deliver high-impact training sessions and foster a culture of operational excellence. Your mission is to make efficiency and innovation a way of life within our organization.

This role requires SC Clearance, which involves undergoing a security check. The successful applicant will need to meet certain residency requirements and provide evidence of identity and eligibility to work in the UK.
