Join Ryanair's Engineering Team as a Junior Aircraft Engineer

Ryanair, Europe's leading low-cost airline, is seeking a talented Junior Aircraft Engineer to join its team at Stansted Airport. As a Junior Aircraft Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft.

The 24-month Junior Aircraft Engineer Program is designed to provide you with the necessary skills and experience to become a licensed engineer. During the first phase, you will undergo a combination of theoretical and practical training, which will equip you with the skills required to succeed in our Engineering department. Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to apply for your Category A License.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have passed all Basic B1 and/or B2 Modules from a Part 147 Approved School and hold a full Basic Training Certificate from an EASA Part 147 Approved School. You must also possess a UK or EU Passport with Pre-Settled or Settled Status, a full clean UK/EU Driving Licence, and be able to work and live in the UK. Additionally, you should have good basic hand skills and be self-motivated to work in a highly rewarding and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of aircraft systems
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests to ensure aircraft airworthiness
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of aircraft systems and technical procedures
