We are currently seeking highly skilled Customer Service Operators to join our existing team to deliver exceptional support to patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders across the UK and Ireland.


This is a full-time position working 23:00 - 07:00, 5 days a week, based onsite in our office.

Key Responsibilities

About the Role

  • You will be the primary point of contact for incoming calls, effectively addressing any queries and providing timely solutions.
  • Handle patient requests by booking appointments, communicating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring seamless coordination.
  • You will also be involved in administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions, specialist referral letters, and other health documentation.
  • Ensure accurate and secure recording and storage of information in line with company policies.

About You

  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with call handling and contact centre work is desirable, although comprehensive training will be provided
  • Good level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to demonstrate sensitivity and understanding over the telephone
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
