About the Role:

As an Automotive Restoration Specialist at Motability Operations, you will play a critical part in ensuring that vehicles meet our high standards of quality and appearance. Reporting to the quality and inspection team leads, your primary objective will be to guarantee that vehicles are prepared in accordance with our reconditioning standards. This involves using the latest techniques and materials to enhance the appearance of our vehicles' paintwork and ensure that they meet our specific performance and quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance the appearance of our vehicles' paintwork using the latest techniques and materials
• Ensure that vehicles meet our specific performance and quality standards
• Work closely with the quality and inspection team to guarantee that vehicles are prepared to our high standards
• Use your technical knowledge and keen eye to accurately repair vehicles to our standards
