Principal Financial Analyst

Revvity is seeking a highly skilled Principal Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Finance organization, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our consolidated planning and management reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage forecasting, reporting, annual planning, and strategic long-range planning processes across Revvity.
- Partner with BU and Commercial finance teams to ensure effective communication and execution of requirements.
- Manage all central G&A and Operational budgets, including support for CapEx and Headcount requirements.
- Analyze financial results and variances, provide insightful commentary, and generate content for monthly and quarterly Corporate deliverables and business reviews.
- Provide support for business reviews and operating rhythms (monthly and quarterly closes).
- Partner with Revvity and broader organizations to develop, implement, and oversee standard monthly/quarterly management reporting packages, including relevant analysis and commentary.
- Manage FP&A's core reporting system (Adaptive) in conjunction with controllership and IT.
- Develop and continuously optimize processes, systems, and tools for reporting and analyzing key business drivers.
- Finance business partner for the tech licensing franchise for Revvity (BioP and Base Editing), including full P&L ownership, deal formation & review.
- Provide support for ad-hoc requests and project-based needs.
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years' experience in corporate finance for a multi-national, matrixed organization, OR
- Master's degree in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance with 6+ years' experience in finance.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and results. You should be able to prioritize, manage expectations, and deliver on commitments. Excellent communication, partnering, and influencing skills are essential in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Adaptive, D365, HFM, Essbase, Salesforce, and PowerBI is a plus.
