About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for prioritizing customer satisfaction to achieve service level agreements.

This hybrid role offers 50% remote work and 50% office time, providing a great balance between flexibility and collaboration. You will have access to training and support to enhance your technical knowledge and behavioural standards.

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative or Pension experience with a focus on attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Building relationships with client teams, representatives, and third-party providers.
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
