Building Surveyor Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate building surveyor to join our team at Zodiac Recruitment. As a graduate building surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on projects that prioritize sustainability and green building practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting building surveys and inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Providing technical advice to clients on building maintenance and repair, ensuring that their properties are safe and well-maintained
  • Preparing detailed reports and specifications to support project delivery
  • Managing projects from inception to completion, working closely with clients and other professionals to ensure successful outcomes
  • Collaborating with other professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects that meet client expectations

Requirements:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline, such as architecture or construction management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders
  • A passion for delivering high-quality work and a commitment to ongoing professional development
  • A desire to learn and grow in the field of building surveying, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
