About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) to join our team at the University of Derby. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in advanced clinical practice, with experience in either nursing or Allied Health (e.g., Nurse or Allied Health Professional working as an ACP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of the MSc Advanced Clinical Practice programme (Apprenticeship and non-apprenticeship route)
  • Teach advanced clinical knowledge required for this programme
  • Contribute to curriculum development, quality management, and enhancement
  • Ensure research informs and inspires an evidence-led curriculum and teaching
Requirements
  • Valid registration with a relevant regulatory body (e.g., Nursing and Midwifery Council, Health and Care Professions Council)
  • Formal ACP qualification
  • Experience in teaching and contributing to the development and education of peers or students in a clinical setting

This role is eligible for sponsorship by the University, however, your individual circumstances must meet the criteria set out by UKVI.
