About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team at TFG London. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a 5* customer experience and driving commercial excellence to impact KPIs and overall sales figures.

About You

We are looking for a customer-centric leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be capable of managing high-performing teams in a in-store setting and able to demonstrate your ability to influence and coach colleagues and sustain trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve store performance and profitability.
