Job Summary

As a Warehouse Operative for Ocado Logistics, you'll be at the heart of preparing orders for customers. You'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, loading individual totes into frames, which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers. You'll also be responsible for sorting and organizing totes coming back to site, dealing with returns, helping with the in-house tote wash machine, and sorting stock for our shop or the charities we support.

Work Area & Shifts

We have a variety of shift options available:

  • Area: Despatch
  • Description:
    • You'll be loading individual totes into frames which are then loaded into our delivery vans for our customers.
    • You'll also be required to sort and organize totes coming back to site, deal with any returns, help with the in-house tote wash machine and sort stock for our shop or the charities we support.
  • Days Shifts: 06:00 - 17:00
  • Nights Shifts: 19:00 - 06:00
  • Core Roster Option: Plan your work-life balance with our core roster. Receive your work pattern 13 weeks in advance giving you bags of time to plan time with your family and friends.
Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with rates ranging from £11.87 to £18.55 per hour, including premiums and overtime rates:

  • Starting rate: £11.87 per hour
  • Night shift premium (between the hours of midnight and 6am): plus £2.67 per hour
  • Performance-based incentives available when targets are met
  • Overtime paid at basic x 1.25

You don't need any previous experience to join our friendly team. Just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest. You must be over 18 to apply.
