Job Title: Finance Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our team at Bestway Healthcare UK. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial analysis and support to aid decision-making within the Finance, Property, and Portfolio teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the budget and forecast process, working closely with the Head of FP&A and other stakeholders to consolidate budgets and oversee financial figures for the entire business.
  • Conduct market share and competitor benchmarking analysis for Retail & Wholesale, updating financial accounts from Companies House and presenting findings to the CFO, CEO, and operational directors.
  • Support NDA projects, working with the FP&A Head, CFO, Legal team, and external finance or legal advisors to identify new M&A opportunities and build business cases.
  • Track and report on synergies and integration costs, consolidating figures from various teams and answering queries from key stakeholders.
  • Support the Head of FP&A in updating monthly board packs, including business KPIs, P&Ls, Capex, and other queries from the board.

Requirements:

  • ACCA or CIMA part-qualified or experience-qualified.
  • Advanced Excel skills, analytical skills, and good attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
