Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on mechanical assembly of skid-based packages, building and pressure testing UV chambers, and liaising with other teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Working on mechanical assembly of skid-based packages
  • Building and pressure testing UV chambers to a high standard of quality
  • Liaising with other teams and key stakeholders
  • Strong technical understanding to ensure mechanical specifications are met
  • Reporting any snagging issues to Site Supervisor
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical assembly
  • Understanding and interpretation of mechanical engineering drawings
  • PVC Pipework experience would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills, with a keen eye for health, safety and quality
Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday (Circa 40 hrs p/w)
  • Outside IR35 contract (Limited co. Suitable)
  • Overtime on 1.5x pay on Saturday & Sunday
  • Repeat contract/project work with our key customer
