Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pharmacy professional to fill the role of Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation Lead Pharmacist. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop innovative pharmacy services in our organisation, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have significant recent post-registration experience in acute hospital and community health services, with a proven track record of planning, developing, and delivering pharmacy services. This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our organisation.
