**Job Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our excellent Primary School in Blyth. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build relationships and rapport with pupils and staff. They will also possess high levels of enthusiasm, energy, and positivity when working with pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with challenging behaviour and SEN, both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
- Manage challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive, and consistent manner.
- Supervise pupils during break and lunchtime as required.
- Engage actively with pupils, forming positive rapport and encouraging their learning.
Salary:** £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Estimated Salary Range:** £30,000 - £35,000 per year
