About the Role

Social Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join their Children and Young People team.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of residential staff in a high behavioural needs EBD Ofsted Registered home.
  2. Develop and implement clear progression plans for team members.
  3. Provide first-class in-house training and support to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  4. Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  5. Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated staff.

Requirements
  1. 6-12 months experience in a senior or team lead position within a children's residential setting.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Able to work a flexible shift pattern.
  4. Hold a full driving licence (preferable).
  5. Level 3/4 in Children & Young People.
