Social Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join their Children and Young People team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of residential staff in a high behavioural needs EBD Ofsted Registered home.
- Develop and implement clear progression plans for team members.
- Provide first-class in-house training and support to ensure staff are equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of skilled and motivated staff.
Requirements
- 6-12 months experience in a senior or team lead position within a children's residential setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work a flexible shift pattern.
- Hold a full driving licence (preferable).
- Level 3/4 in Children & Young People.
