Parts Advisor Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team at a large main franchise car dealership in High Wycombe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for efficiently sourcing and supplying vehicle parts to the workshop and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet departmental targets for parts supply and customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent customer care through phone calls and face-to-face interactions
- Receive and allocate parts within the storage systems
- Prepare and provide accurate quotations for parts
- Communicate promotional offers to customers
- Ensure the Parts Department is organized, clean, and tidy
- Invoice and take payment for parts
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months motor trade Parts Advisor experience
- Desirable: Franchised Dealership Experience, Kerridge or Pinnacle system knowledge, Full UK Driving Licence
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Basic Salary up to £28,000 (DOE)
- On Target Earnings of £34,000
- Great Benefits Package
- Monday - Friday 42.5 hour week, Saturdays 1 in 2 paid as overtime - 4 hour shifts
