Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business data, analytical tools, and analytical skills to support the Business Controller. This will involve supporting with month, quarter, and year-end preparation, reporting, and generation of internal and Group Scorecards. The role also includes reviewing financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with FAM, initiating corrective actions when needed, and utilizing leading practices through interaction with other parts of the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

To support the safeguarding of all assets by reviewing, following up, and improving internal control processes, with a focus on Stock and WIP.To analyze and administer cost (AMP) and price updates to ensure changes have been applied correctly.To develop and improve the outsourced accounts payable function to ensure costs are authorized in line with company prokura.To ensure legal, financial, and tax reporting and auditing matters are complied with and limiting the company's financial exposure.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an office environment, an excellent understanding of company procedures and processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong planning and organizing skills, and excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. SAP knowledge and experience are also highly desirable.

Salary:

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
