About the Role
As a Cycle Mechanic, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and repair work to our customers, ensuring they leave our stores with a smile on their face.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of cycles, including kids', adult, premium, performance, and electric cycles.
- Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Develop and maintain technical skills, staying up-to-date with the latest bike technology and trends.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Be flexible with your schedule, including working on weekends and varying shifts.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in a retail or cycle services environment, with a strong background in bike maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
