About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join our rapidly expanding Birmingham team. The successful candidate will work with both Public and Private sector Clients on a variety of projects, including Regeneration, Residential, Sport & Leisure, Industrial and Commercial Developer schemes.

The role will involve supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives, delivering high quality services, and managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with business procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
  • Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Customers' requirements.
  • Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.
  • Cost planning.
  • Settling final accounts.
  • Providing technical advice on legal and contractual issues relating to construction projects.
  • Administrating contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent.
  • Mentoring and coaching employees to their full potential.
  • Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth across the Business Units activities.
