About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team and play a crucial role in building the status, equity, and rate of sale of our luxury brands in the On Trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the On Trade.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive brand growth and increase market share.
- Work closely with the Diageo Luxury Marketing team to deliver activation plans and drive talkability and availability of our brands.
- Deliver against distribution and execution targets, and provide accurate forecasting and internal performance management.
- Drive On Trade understanding at all levels within Diageo GB, ensuring that consumer trends are fed through into brand and customer teams.
Requirements
- Commercial attitude and analytical skills.
- Experience working with luxury brands and/or high-end accounts.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills across functions.
- Able to demonstrate a high affinity for iconic brands and an in-depth understanding of consumer desires and how to engage with them.
