**About the Role:**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head Teacher to join our team at Real Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing dynamic leadership and management, developing staff, and raising achievements for learners in an Independent School.

Key Duties:

  • Lead the development and implementation of outstanding teaching and learning strategies
  • Motivate and develop staff to achieve excellent results
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualified teacher with a strong understanding of statutory education frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
