About the Role:
As a Classroom Innovator - Primary, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students. You will create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, foster a love for learning, and encourage curiosity, creativity, and personal development among students.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to pupils and parents.
* Work collaboratively with staff to ensure the school's educational goals are met.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Strong understanding of the Primary curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about teaching and making a difference in children's lives.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
