About the Role:

We are seeking an Early Years Coordinator to join our team at Camp Beaumont. As an Early Years Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for children. You will be responsible for group activities for a multi-activity day camp for 3 and 4-year-olds during summer and school holiday weekdays.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess bags of energy and enthusiasm. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for working with children and have initiative and ability to work independently. Awareness of safeguarding children is also essential, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate group activities for 3 and 4-year-olds
  • Support the Camp Manager and Early Years Manager
  • Organise engaging games and activities
  • Ensure the well-being of the children under your care

Requirements:

  • 17 years old or over
  • Available to work during the School Holidays
  • UK/EU citizen with 2 x right to work ID's
  • Hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare

Desirable:

  • Previous camp experience
  • Paediatric first aid
