Your Role:">As the first Commercial Director of our GridFlex team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the positioning and monetization of our energy solutions, ensuring our customers derive maximum value from their participation in the energy transition.
">Our residential electric vehicle charger fleet offers a substantial opportunity to unlock value for our customers across various current and future energy markets.
">We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive the commercial management, product design, and revenue maximization for Ohme's services related to grid-connected flexible assets.
Key Responsibilities:">You'll be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies that support our GridFlex business development and team growth.

- You'll serve as the point person for financial and performance target setting, opportunity cost analysis, bidding, risk management, asset baselining, and performance verification.">
- You'll identify opportunities for us to participate in capacity, balancing, wholesale, and flexibility services, collaborating with our policy and regulation team and product teams to evolve our offerings.">
- You'll apply your expertise in the probabilistic nature of decentralized devices (like EV chargers) to influence energy markets structured for bigger, deterministic assets.">
- You'll analyze the performance of our fleets through data analysis, working closely with our data scientists and business analysts.">
- You'll engage regularly with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and other organizations to stay informed and shape the energy landscape.">
You'll be a genuine expert in GB energy markets, adept at navigating their complexities and uncertainties.
