Role Description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering telemarketing campaigns for our existing clients.

You will have full responsibility for the services delivered to set client(s), ensuring that our solutions are delivered on schedule and to our client's satisfaction.

You will integrate seamlessly within the team and have the opportunity to progress into an account management role to have direct contact with clients while adhering to our values and operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the delivery of our contracted telemarketing service targets to the clients.
  2. Build a strong working relationship with key client prospects, decision-makers, and influencers.
  3. Having a deep understanding of the client's priorities, strategies, and organisation to ensure NOS can add value across the client's broader organisation.
  4. Participate and/or lead client review meetings.
  5. Work with the Account Manager to put together an account development plan for each client.
  6. Provide accurate weekly and monthly reporting both internally and to your respective clients.
  7. The population of data on internal CRM to record daily individual and client progress.
