Job Summary

The Smartlist is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at a private country estate near Pitlochry, Perthshire. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring the smooth running of the household, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Household Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the estate, including managing the household budget, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring the estate is always clean and tidy.
  • Cooking and Catering: Prepare and cook meals for our clients and their guests, including casual meals and occasional larger dinner parties.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and organization of the estate.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our clients, including arranging appointments, managing schedules, and handling correspondence.
  • Errands and Tasks: Run errands, complete tasks, and perform other duties as required to support the smooth running of the estate.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional service to our clients and their guests, including arranging transportation, making reservations, and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Driver's License: Hold a full UK driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Experience: Have previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, or in a similar role.
  • Skills: Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
