Salary:£130,000 - £150,000 annually, plus potential bonuses and options.

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Global Fashion Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations, ensuring seamless integration of marketing and product strategies that fuel brand growth and enhance global recognition. You will work closely with Martine and the Tomorrow leadership team to drive our brand forward and achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations to ensure smooth daily operation of all business areas.
- Collaborate with the Tomorrow team to set and achieve sales targets across wholesale and retail channels.
- Work closely with the finance department to optimize operational processes and negotiate high-stakes deals.

Requirements:
- Proven leadership track record within the fashion industry.
- Extensive experience in fashion operations management.
- Strong understanding of the fashion industry and its trends.
