We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for producing and cooking food in line with our recipe cards, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and cook food in line with recipe cards.
  • Work in line with company allergen policy.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, hospitality lunches, food for the coffee bar and retail shop.
  • Full knowledge of all menu items served.
  • Deep cleaning of the kitchen area.
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation.
  • Management of production to ensure minimal wastage.
  • Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods.
  • Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents.
  • Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists.

Requirements:

  • Relevant culinary qualification or at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Experience working in a kitchen at a chef level.
  • Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha's Law), full training will be given.
  • Excellent team player and communicator.
  • MBDA security vetting process.

What We Offer:

  • £27,000 per year.
  • Full time – 40 hours per week.
  • Monday – Friday, 7am – 3.30pm.
