About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Ryelands, providing residential and residential dementia care for 50 residents. As a Housekeeper, you will contribute to the support offered to residents by maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Home.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Home
  • cleaning of all parts of the Home including residents' bedrooms or flats
  • prioritising workloads, managing stock, overseeing, organising and supervising auxiliary teams
  • ensuring all hygiene standards are met and contributing to the welcoming and warm feel of the Home

About You:


We are looking for a kind, warm and caring individual with experience in leading and managing a team. You will have a passion for quality housekeeping and be able to work well as part of a team but also use your own initiative.
