About the Role
- Conduct and organise supervisions and appraisals to identify training needs in line with national regulatory requirements.
- Conduct service user reviews in line with regulatory requirements, contracts, and service specifications.
- Liaise with social service and private service users regarding case conferences, reviews, and assessments.
- Ensure the branch is compliant with all relevant legislation, including the Care Regulations, Health & Safety, and GDPR.
- Monitor the call monitoring system and report back to the Registered Manager on any non-compliance.
- Participate in the out-of-hours on-call team, on a rota basis, offering support to service users, care workers, staff, and other health and social care professionals.
- Provide care in emergency situations, which may involve evenings and weekends.
- Staff management and supervision experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of Care Standards, regulations, and relevant legislation in the UK.
- Full current driving licence.
