Job Summary
We are seeking a caring and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Bluebird Care Coventry. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support and care to vulnerable adults in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our customers, promoting their dignity, independence, and individuality. You will support customers with their personal care needs, including showering, bathing, dressing, toileting, and continence. You will also provide comfort and companionship, assist with household tasks and meal preparation, and undertake observations on those you support.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive rate of pay, £13.00 per hour, plus £0.30p mileage allowance. You will also have the opportunity to work flexible hours, ensuring a great work-life balance. Our comprehensive training programme will equip you with the skills and knowledge to excel in your role. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full UK driving license, access to your own vehicle, and be available to work alternate weekends. Excellent communication skills and a caring nature are essential.
