We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team in Leeds City Centre. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to Managers within the Jet2holidays Overseas Operation.

Key Responsibilities:

As an HR Advisor, your duties will include:

  • Establishing strong working relationships with key stakeholders from all departments in your business areas to ensure that all stakeholders are engaged with the HR Team.
  • Delivering on HR projects that support the growth of the business, while working with the HR Business Partners to ensure your business area is aligned with the rest of the Company.

You will also be responsible for supporting the development of people capability through Learning and Development, and helping Managers and Team Leaders get the best out of our people.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of HR generalist experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to be flexible and travel overseas if required
  • Knowledge of overseas employment law and understanding how this can impact your business areas is desirable
  • Resilience with good commercial awareness
What You'll Get:

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum), plus a range of benefits that will make you feel valued and supported in your role.
