Job Title: Project Manager for Airport Expansion

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the expansion of our airport's baggage system. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering, and construction, with experience in managing projects from RIBA stage 3 to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the project from RIBA stage 3 to delivery, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Deliver the baggage system design project, working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Work with the project team to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with the client's requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and airport staff.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong background in engineering and construction.
  • Experience in managing projects from RIBA stage 3 to delivery, with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand and interpret capacity modeling to ensure appropriate capacity is delivered.
  • Experience with NEC contracts and processes.
