Our Construction and Engineering Team

Our Construction and Engineering team is one of the most established and respected in the Eastern region. With a strong track record of advising on complex construction projects, we have a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges. Our team is comprised of experienced lawyers who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction law, with experience in non-contentious and contentious matters. They will be able to provide expert advice to clients, think commercially, and work collaboratively with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on construction law matters, including non-contentious and contentious issues
  • Provide expert advice on construction contracts, including JCT and NEC
  • Assist in the preparation and negotiation of construction contracts
  • Represent clients in construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and adjudication
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

5+ years of PQE in construction lawExperience in non-contentious and contentious construction mattersKnowledge of construction contracts, including JCT and NECExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer
