About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live-In Care Assistant. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist clients with medication management and other healthcare-related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a live-in care role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A caring and compassionate approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and shifts.
